Due to continued growth and expansion, The Dog Bus has decided to licence out some of its operations. The aim is to improve our service and retain the personal levels of service that have been key to our growth and ethos. Often as businesses grow they can tend to lose sight of their core elements.
It also allows the key members of the business to better focus their expertise and skills on ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and that the dogs go home happy, tired and safe.
We look for dynamic, practical and compassionate individuals to become part of our licensed team of dog supervisors and walkers. We only offer them the licence option after they have spent time with us and we feel they are right for the job.
Our licensees, follow the procedures, practices and standards that are illustrated in our License Agreement and set by the dog bus team.
This way as a client, you will not notice any difference between one of the dog bus teams and a licenced operator – our licensed operators are part of the team you probably already know so no need to worry about unknown strangers taking your dog out.
Whether it be a team member, or licensee, as a client you will receive the same experience and know that whichever member of staff is looking after their dog will follow our standard of care. All staff receive full training – including Health and Safety, Practices and Procedures, and our Code of Ethics as well as the License Agreement.
Licensees run their own business under the dog bus brand however to support them and make life easier for our clients. Administrative duties will remain centralised as will our booking system software, invoicing and payment collection.
