We just wanted to reach out as we know the recent news about Bruce’s Dog Daycare has come as a surprise, and for some people, a bit of a shock. Plus we have a special offer for you.

Change like this can feel unsettling, especially when you have trusted a team with your dog and built a routine that works. That is completely understandable.

We are taking over the operation at Wet Gate Lane and continuing the existing daycare service. Your dog’s days, routines, and time slots will remain the same, and familiar staff will also be staying on to help keep things consistent for the dogs. The dogs going to Wet Gate Lane will remain there. Nothing will change, cuddles and treats will continue as normal.

What's different about us?

The Dog Bus is a well established daycare with highly qualified staff and a strong focus on dog welfare.

We don't carry the overheads of a big operation like Bruce's. Therefore we can be highly competitive on price and the prices shown in our packages include pick up and drop off.

If you were on Bruce's standard or founding member discounted price, once you add back in the doggy bus cost then it is likely you would have been paying upwards of £44 per day. Compare that to our 4 full day package and it equates to £36 per day. If you drop off we can discount further.

Staff. 

Hannah and Tom are transferring to the dog bus team so your dog will still be with familiar faces. Albeit due to visiting the site numerous times over the past week, your dog has probably had lot of cuddles and attention from our team anyway.

One of the main difference between ourselves and Bruce's is that we offer flexibility with no pressure to commit to fixed days. We offer ad-hoc bookings and even our packages allow you to mix and change the days that best suit you.

Sites.

Although initially your dog will continue to enjoy Wet Gate Lane, our existing site is an adventure paradise. Your dog will be given the opportunity to explore the best of both locations. 

Timescale.

We are going to get our team out with Dan and Hannah over the next week to master the routes and allow the pupsters to get to know us a little more.

Our aim is to make this transition as smooth and stress free as possible, for you and for your dog.
