Your standard one-hour group dog walk with a twist!
Are dogs cute? No, they are con artists who will endeavour to train their humans to do whatever they want them to, usually by ignoring you, pushing their luck step by step or going for the ultimate trick of giving you those puppy eyes!
Dogs learn through association, without getting into scientific data of conditioning, operant or classical training, mainly, just like humans they will work for a wage (unless you work with dogs, where you do it for the dogs).
Therefore we undertake our training walks, where a qualified instructor will take no more than four dogs out on a group walk and we practice various basic training behaviours e.g.
– Eye contact
– Recall
– Loose Lead walking
– 3 D's (distance, distraction, duration)
– Scent work
We aim to up the criteria for good behaviours and by positive reinforcement remove the unwanted behaviours.
Our walks are fun, mentally enriching and give the dog exercise at the same time.
Priced at £15.00 per dog – you are getting the services of a certified trainer for an hour at a fraction of the price of a one-on-one.
